Is North East Leeds Badges operated by Girguiding UK Trading Service? North East Leeds Badges is an authorised depot run by volunteers from Leeds North East Division Guide Association. We sell the same products as Trading with their full permission and authority.
Do I make my cheque payable to Girlguiding UK Trading Service as it says in the catalogue? No. If you are ordering from our NELB on-line shop please make the cheque payable to "North East Leeds Badges"
Where do I send my cheque? We will normally reply to your order by email and give tell you where to post your cheque.

Please write your internet order reference number on the back of the cheque
Please do not send your cheque to Girlguiding UK Trading Service as they will not be able to deal with an order placed through the NELB website.
I sent my cheque several days ago but have not received my goods? We normally wait for cheques to clear before despatching orders. This can take several days.
If you have not received your goods within 7 working days please contact us.

We can also accept payment by PayPal but as we are run by volunteers and all proceeds go back into Girlguiding we must pass on any fees to you, the customer.
How do I get to the on-line catalogue? Click on the link on the left marked "On-line Catalogue"
How do I find out about new products and special offers? The front page of our catalogue lists some of our new products and offers. You can also sign-up for our mailing list so that we will email you when new products or offers are available.
When I try to view a product I get a message "This section is currently not available" There are no products listed in the section which you are trying to view. If you want a product from this section please use the "Contact Us" form to enquire about the availability of the product.
When I try to view a product I get a message "You are not authorised to purchase this product" You need to be a registered warranted guider to purchase the product. If you are already registered with us, log-on using the "My Account" option. If you are not registered, please fill in the form from the link marked "Register"
I have tried logging-on but my customer code/email address is not accepted. Re-check that you have entered the details correctly (customer codes are case-sensitive). Enter your email address in the "Forgotten Your Customer Number" section and we will email you your customer code.
I would like a different customer code. Use the "Contact Us" form to request a different customer code, you can choose your own if you wish.
When adding goods to my shopping basket I would like to add a quantity of an item. This facility will be available in a later release of our software. In the meantime, you can go to your shopping basket and change the quantity of any goods you have added. Remember to press the "Recalculate" button after changing any quantities.
How do I find out about the goods I have ordered? Use the "Order Tracking" option to view the status of your order. If you need more information, please use the "Contact Us" form.
How do I pay for my order? We will email you an order confirmation which will give details of delivery times and the cost of your order. You can pay by cheque or postal order (made payable to "North East Leeds Badges"). We may accept credit and debit cards in the future.
Do you accept orders from overseas? Use the "Contact Us" form giving details of what you want to order and your address. We will then let you know whether we can supply what you want and what the delivery cost would be.
How do I find what I want to order? Our catalogue is divided into sections and we also have a powerful search engine. As we use the same order codes as the "Guiding Essentials" catalogue you can enter that order code directly into the "SpeedOrder" page.
What is your returns policy? Use the "Contact Us" form giving details of the problem with your goods. Faulty items will be replaced. We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase so please contact us if you have any disappointments.
