How To Order

The products which we have available are listed in our On-line Catalogue.
You can browse the catalogue or use the "Search" facility on the catalogue page.
If you already know the order code number, you can use the "SpeedOrder" facility.
(We use the same order code as the "Guiding Essentials" catalogue, so if you have that handy you can go straight to the "SpeedOrder" option).

You can add items to your shopping basket and when your order is complete go to the "Checkout" option. You will be asked to complete your delivery details and then you can send your order to us. We will acknowledge your order within a few minutes and then contact you with confirmation of the price and availability. If you prefer, you can write the order details down and then fax it or email it to us.

PAYMENT
When we confirm your order we will ask you to pay by cheque or postal order (made payable to "NORTH EAST LEEDS BADGES"
We may accept credit cards in the future - if you would like to use that facility please send us an email and let us know. Email: sales@nelb.org.uk

RESTRICTED ITEMS
Certain badges and other items are only available to "Warranted" Guiders and Commissioners. If you wish to order these items you must register with us before placing your order. Please fill in the form on the "Register" link and send it to us. When we have confirmed your details, we will email you a user name and password which will enable you to order these items as well as any others in the catalogue.
We can also supply Leadership Awards and Long Service Awards to appointed persons. These items are not listed in our on-line catalogue - please use the "Contact Us form" if you have any requirements for these items.

ORDER TRACKING
After you have placed your order, you can check the progress by using the "Order Tracking" option.
